Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Area car Service. (914) 410-6312 of any cancellations.

Cancellations must be made :

  • A minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or before a vehicle has been dispatched for all sedan and SUV one-way transfers
  • A minimum of 24 hours prior for all Van, Bus, and Specialty vehicles for one-way transfers, hourly charters, and special events.
If Area car Service is not notified of cancellation according to these terms, the reservation is considered a Late Cancellation or No-Show. Thus the full charge will be billed, including Suggested Gratuities.

Refund Policy :

Our aim is to deliver top niche services to our clients. If clients aren’t satisfied according to the circumstances, we ensure to give a refund of 100%, and it will take about 7-10 business days. You are entitled to a 100% refund on your booking, with no cancellation fees, for cancellations made before specified hours for particular vehicles prior to your pick-up departure time..
